Vacation Bible School
The discipleship journey begins in the villages, guiding children transitioning from rural villages to city life. It starts with teaching them about the gospel, laying foundations that will guide them through life. Our desire is for them to establish a firm foundation in their identity as children of God and nurture their relationship with our Lord and Savior as they grow.
Curriculums
Theme: The Lord’s Number 777
Lesson 1: The 7 Days of Creation
- The Seven Days of Creation teach children about the nature of God as the creator of heaven and earth. Through this story, children learn about the origins of the world and how humanity was created in the image of God.
Lesson 2: The 7 I am of Jesus
- In the book of John, Jesus makes seven powerful “I am” statements. This lesson aims to answer the question, “Who is Jesus?” It teaches children about His attributes and what He represents. He is the bread of life that we need to live, He is the good Shepherd that will not forsake us and will always protect us, and He is the way, the truth, and the life that leads us to God’s kingdom.
Lesson 3: The 7 Gospel Beads
- The Seven Colored Beads represent truths of the gospel. Each color symbolizes our sinful condition, yet through Jesus’ blood, our sins are washed white as snow. By accepting Jesus and being baptized, we secure eternal fellowship with the Lord in Heaven.
